The invitation links to the project in a plan room like BuildingConnected. Open it, download the finish plans, finish schedule and flooring spec sections, and check for addenda again before you send your price.

Each bid keeps the link to its plan room — click Open in BuildingConnected (or whichever plan room it came from) and you're in the project. Save the plans and specs to the bid's Bid Docs tab.
