Capture every invitation to bid
Invitations to bid come by email and from plan rooms like BuildingConnected. Get every one into one list, with its due date and documents link. When several clients invite you to the same project, it's still one bid — add each client to it so you can send each their own proposal.

- Get every invitation into one list
- Add every client that invited you to the same bid
- One list. Email, BuildingConnected, PlanHub, a client's portal — all of it in the same place.
- One bid per project. Three clients inviting you to the same job is one bid with three clients on it.
- Answer every invitation, even with a quick decline. Clients that never hear back stop inviting you.

Invitations come to you
Connect Gmail or Outlook and Auto Intake turns invitations into cards with the project, due date, documents link and client. Approve a card to log the bid — if the project is already there, the new client is added to it instead of creating a duplicate. Anything else goes in with New Bid.
